亚马逊上常见的侵权投诉有三：商标、专利、版权，其中最让卖家头疼的是版权侵权投诉，版权不似商标专利，没有类别限制，打击范围极广。

如何规避版权侵权?

按照著作权法规定，作品完成就自动有版权，受法律保护，即版权的自动保护原则。所以，你一旦使用了他人的作品，就已经存在侵权风险。

鉴于这种情况，卖家若想完全规避版权侵权，就必须做到“原创”，不然就算再小心，也有可能在未知的情况下进行侵权。

除了要“原创”，还需要及时进行版权登记，遇到版权纠纷时，还是需要有登记证书作为证据，才能更快更好的解决纠纷。

哪些情况属于版权侵权?

1.照抄他人LISTING

据悉，每个LISTING都有创建时间，亚马逊会根据创建时间来确定谁拥有著作权。曾有日出千单的大佬，被同行照抄LISTING后反咬一口，恶意投诉版权侵权。

2.抄袭他人的内容描述

原原本本照抄LISTING不行，只抄其中的内容描述也不可以。有卖家就曾因为描述里的一句介绍，被诉版权侵权。

3.直接使用他人图片

在未经授权的情况下，卖家不可以直接使用他人的图片，否则极有可能触发版权侵权。

4.产品上使用具有版权的图案/形象

未经授权使用具有版权的图案或卡通形象，卖家面对的可能就不止版权侵权投诉了，还有可能会被律所盯上，比如小猪佩奇、瓢虫少女等。

被投诉版权侵权怎么办?

首先要弄清楚哪里侵权，可自行判断或发邮件询问投诉方，然后再根据实际情况撰写申诉信。
